By utilizing the Time Clock Free system, you have agreed to adhere to all the terms and conditions specified here. Apart from the content that you own, all intellectual property rights and materials within this System are owned by Time Clock Free and/or its licensors, according to these Terms. You are provided with limited access solely for the purpose of viewing the content available on this Time Clock System.

You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

- Publishing any material from the Time Clock System on other media;

- Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercializing any material from the Time Clock System;

- Publicly performing or displaying any Time Clock System material;

- Using the Time Clock System in a manner that could harm the System or be considered damaging;

- Using the Time Clock System in a way that affects or restricts other users' access to the System;

- Utilizing the Time Clock System in violation of applicable laws and regulations, or in a manner that could damage the System or harm any person or business entity;

- Participating in data mining, data harvesting, data extracting, or other similar activities concerning this System;

- Employing the Time Clock System for any advertising or marketing purposes.



Access to certain sections of this Time Clock System is limited and Time Clock Free may, at its sole discretion, further limit your access to any parts of this System at any time. You must keep any user ID and password associated with this Website confidential.

This Time Clock System is offered "as is" and comes with all its defects. Time Clock Free makes no claims or guarantees of any kind regarding this System or the content it holds. Furthermore, nothing on this System should be seen as providing you with advice.

Under no circumstances will Time Clock Free, or any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable for any issues that arise from or are in any way related to your use of this Time Clock System, regardless of whether such liability is contract-based. Furthermore, Time Clock Free, along with its officers, directors, and employees, will not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages that occur due to or are connected with your use of this System.

You agree to fully indemnify Time Clock Free against all liabilities, costs, demands, legal actions, damages, and expenses that arise from any breach by you of any provisions of these Terms.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid under relevant law, that provision will be removed without impacting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Time Clock Free reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion, and by utilizing this System, you are expected to regularly review these Terms for any changes.

Time Clock Free has the authority to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without prior notice. Conversely, you are not permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

These Terms represent the complete agreement between Time Clock Free and you regarding your use of this Time Clock System, and they replace all previous agreements and understandings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Singapore, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of both state and federal courts in Singapore for the settlement of any disputes.
